Demonstration of Microsoft Project

Once we had our committee selected and weekly meetings started our first key task is for Glenn to get the budget approved by management. All other tasks are not scheduled to start until we have an approved budget. Task categories 2, 3, and 4 will all be done in parallel and the responsibility of three different committee members, with input from the committee. Task category 5 is the responsibility of Dana, who will work with Marketing and HR to announce the golf tournament to the employees. The golf tournament planning category will be the responsibility of the planning committee. This task is important to ensure a smooth and well organized event. The Golf tournament day task will require all members of the committee and other voluntaries to ensure an organized event. All tasks that need to be done the day of the tournament including 4 hours to play the golf tournament and clean-up have been defined and scheduled. The last task category "Tournament Evaluation" will be completed after the day of the golf tournament. This tasks category is required to obtain feedback from the committee members and the employees on how successful this tournament was. This information will be used next year to ensure a bigger and better golf tournament.
